Trinity's Youth Group completed its renovation of the children's playground with the dedication service September 10. The Youth Group decided to take on the challenge a year ago at the beginning of the 2005-06 academic year. Throughout the year they engaged in a variety of projects to raise money. Their fund raising projects included: the youth auction, making and selling pen and pencil sets, selling avocados and selling calendars. Because of their efforts, Trinity's children now enjoy new playground equipment suitable for the younger set.
Installation began with the removal of the old equipment. That required a team of bashers, who slammed, sawed, pushed and banged until the structure was in pieces. Above, Trinity's Terminators pose after completing their destructive deed.
