Trinity's Tie-Dye Extravaganza

Photos from Trinity Photo Archives

Trinity held its second tie-dye extravaganza Sunday, September 14. Excited parishioners gathered in the parish hall after the ten o'clock service to drop their tee shirts and other items to be decorated into the tub for a soaking. Then after enjoying great refreshments, they all headed outside to begin their creative session.

Head dye mistress Lucie Stein-Cartford and her team - Felicity Carroll, Maggie Martinet and Kylie Quick - had it all ready to go. The tables were covered with plastic; bottles of dye in a variety of colors were ready to go; bags of rubber bands were ready to capture their victims for the dying process.

And away they went. Children, youth and adults letting their creative spirits escape. As you can see from the photos below, everyone had a great time.
