Once again, the Trinity ToyMakers turned out a bountiful array of wooden toys to be given to needy children in the Escondido community. Wood and other materials needed for the various projects were acquired mid-year and the elves began their masterful work. Master ToyMaker Joe Stanford laid out the work schedule and patiently guided his helpers through their meticulous tasks.
The end result was 263 toys produced by 35+ dedicated workers. The toys were presented and admired during their blessing at worship service on December 18. They were taken to Interfaith Community Services (ICS) the next day so Santa's helpers could deliver them to deserving children in time for Christmas.
